KFed to get "under a million"

A source reportedly close to the Spears family told Access Hollywood that under Britney's "iron-clad" pre-nup, Kevin Federline will receive "under a million dollars." Though Federline filed for custody of the two boys he shares with Spears, the source says, "It'll be a joke if he fought [for] custody. He never did that with the other kids [he has with Shar Jackson]," and that KFed has "only spent four days with the baby [Jayden] since it was born." The insider also says that the children have spent the last two weeks with Spears and are in Miami with her while she is busy working on her new album. "She loves those children." Filing for divorce was a "tough decision" for Spears, according to the source, but "it was a long time in the coming. It was inevitable." Britney's close-knit family is said to support the decision, and the popstar is now "focused on her babies and her career." The source believes that Federline was already "out of the house" before the divorce was announced, and that Britney has no immediate plans to return to their Malibu estate, which has been put up for sale. "She's not real comfortable going home," says the insider.
