Harper's Bazaar sends up the recent rash of rehabbing starlets in its September issue, highlighting the trend with a fashion spread of a couture-clad Chloe Sevigny. "We satirize our rehab-obsessed society in a consciously irreverent feature with Chloe playing a starlet sent to a luxury rehab facility," said a rep for the mag. Sevigny is seen in a hat and shades, carrying a large water bottle and a dog, and reading about herself in "Troubled Times" - a 25-cent tabloid newspaper chronicling the ins and outs of rehab.
