Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
Hawaiian Chicken Breast
• Marinated chicken in Hawaiian Marinade along with with some orange pineapple juice overnight
• Grill Chicken and pineapple rings
• When chicken is finished place buttered Arnold Sandwich thins on the grill to get toasted.
• While thins are toasting place a grilled pineapple ring and some swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
• When buns are toasted and cheese is melted remove from grill.
• Place a piece of chicken on the sandwich thin along with some honey dijon.
Yum! A delish low calorie and point summer dinner.

Magic Cookie Bars
Ingredients:
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in small bowl. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and nuts. Press down firmly with fork.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen from sides of pan while still warm; let cool completely.
