• Place the eggs in a single layer in the bottom of the pot.
• Take the pot to the sink and fill it up with cold or room-temperature water until it's covered the eggs a few inches.
• Dash of salt
• Now place your pot of eggs on the burner and bring them to a boil.
• Once boiling, remove the pot from the burner, cover it, and let the eggs sit in there for about 10-12 minutes.
• Pour the water out of the pot and than fill it up with cold water, pour out and fill again until the eggs have cooled.
