Italian designer Romeo Gigli studied architecture and traveled the world before settling down into the fashion world in Milan about three decades ago... The influence of his first discipline was apparent in all the clothes he designed. After a period of simply maintaining the label, which continues to be credible in the fash realm, the arrival of Gentucca Bini at the beginning of this year as creative director aims to achieve the same prestigious positioning as other famous brands’.
