German designer Kilian Kerner, 30, (see last picture) was born and raised in Cologne. He studied drama in Cologne and Berlin between 2000 and 2003, until he discovered his passion for fashion in 2004. He then set out to found his label. "Gute Nacht, du Wunderschöner " ('Good night, handsome you') is the name of this season's collection he presented in Berlin during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. The show began with the première of the new song "Good night sleeping stranger" by the rock-electro band SplinterX. Ben Ivory is the lead singer of the five Berliners who made their début with 'The Sound of Revelation' in summer 2007. It was the second time, that SplinterX performed on the Berlin Fashion Week catwalk for Kilian Kerner. He played it safe with the men's range too, low-crotch skinny jeans and checked shirts were out in force, but his styles are popular (the Kooks are fans) and fit well, so there is no need for change just yet.
